"Lindsay Lohan has now been formally named as a suspect in the curious case of a jewellery heist, it has been reported.

It was previously believed the actress may have let thieves into a Hollywood Hills home where she partied over the weekend.

However allegations are now emerging that the 26-year-old and her assistant Gavin Doyle have both been named as suspects in the theft."

"There is video of Harry partying naked with women in the Las Vegas hotel room," a source familiar with the situation said. "There have been some very quiet inquiries to see how much the video is worth.

The content shown on the video is far from tame, according to the source who says: "A lot went on in that hotel room that night, that much is for sure."

A study has claimed that regular cannabis smokers under 18 years old generally suffer a permanent drop in IQ.

The research, which looked at 1,000 people in New Zealand from childhood to the age of 38, came to the conclusion that cannabis had a detrimental effect on the still-developing brains of teenagers, reports BBC News.

Professor Terrie Moffitt of King's College London, who was part of the international research team, explained: "This work took an amazing scientific effort.

"We followed almost 1,000 participants, we tested their mental abilities as kids before they ever tried cannabis, and we tested them again 25 years later after some participants became chronic users."

On average, individuals who persistently used cannabis in their adolescent years lost eight IQ points. The loss in IQ is never recovered, even if the user no longer smokes cannabis.

Moffitt continued: "Participants were frank about their substance abuse habits because they trust our confidentiality guarantee, and 96% of the original participants stuck with the study from 1972 to today.

"It is such a special study that I'm fairly confident that cannabis is safe for over-18 brains, but risky for under-18 brains."

"Costco, who sells condoms by the pallet, who sells Paula Deen books and - which is not good for their customers' health - they decided to ban my book," the 79-year-old Rivers said. "This is a First Amendment violation. You're banning a book because it says a funny quote by Marie Antoinette? Where is this going to lead us to? - Joan Rivers

"This is a store that sells 300 rolls of toilet paper at the same time, and I say any customer that buys 300 rolls of toilet paper deserves a funny book to sit on the toilet and read." - Joan Rivers
